Simon Baynes, the Member of Parliament for Clwyd South, has recently met with the Minister of State for Food, Farming and Fisheries, Rt Hon Mark Spencer MP.
During their meeting, Mr Baynes and the Minister discussed farming and rural issues in Clwyd South and compared and contrasted the different government policies in England and Wales with regards to this sector.
