Simon Baynes, the Member of Parliament for Clwyd South, has today visited Josie's Chip Shop in Rhosymedre in Clwyd South.
Vincent and Kathleen Joseph took on the business 42 years ago and it is now run by their sons and joint owners Antony and Ian Joseph (pictured in the photo above).
During his visit, Mr Baynes had the opportunity to speak to Kathleen Joseph and met Ian’s son Kirk Joseph as well as Kayleigh Evans and Chris Bullock who also work there.
The Chip Shop is a very popular business within the community, and upholds the highest standards of service and hygiene.
