Following the death of His Royal Highness The Duke of Edinburgh, Member of Parliament for Clwyd South, Simon Baynes MP, joined others in expressing his sadness and made the following statement:
“My heart goes out to Her Majesty the Queen and all her family on the death of His Royal Highness Prince Philip today, peacefully at Windsor Castle. Theirs was an amazing partnership which has done so much for all of us in this country and in the Commonwealth.”
